In SC Planning, we are responsible for balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability and operational efficiency across HP’s global network. Our core activities are Supply Planningand the creation of a Master Production Schedule (MPS) We use advanced planning tools such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)to align inventory, capacity, production, and logistics distribution.
As a result, we coordinate flows between manufacturing sites/vendors and distribution centers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations with optimal inventory.
Our business segment is Large FormatHardware andAccessories,part of the Printing business in HP withbroad portfolio of SKUsto manage.
