AlphaGraphics on University (Tempe, AZ) is looking for an experienced Large Format Print & Signage Technician to join our dynamic production team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone skilled in vinyl graphics, wide-format printing, and signage production who is eager to contribute to a high-performance environment.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, typically 8:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Operate large format printers (HP Latex, Roland, Canon Oce, etc.)
• Prepare, cut, mount, and finish vinyl and signage materials
• Install vinyl graphics, wall wraps, vehicle wraps, and signs (interior/exterior)
• Perform site surveys and ensure accurate field measurements
• Maintain high print quality and minimize material waste
• Collaborate with project managers, sales reps, and production team members
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct light maintenance
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and installation prep

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ years experience in signage, vinyl, or large format print production
• Strong understanding of substrates, laminates, and finishing materials
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Solid communication skills and team collaboration
  
  

Preferred:

• 1+ years experience in signage, vinyl, or large format print production
• Experience with site surveys and vinyl installations
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign, or similar design software
• 3M, Avery, or Oracal installation certification

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
