AlphaGraphics Celina and Prosper is a locally owned marketing and print solutions provider known for delivering high-quality signs, graphics, and visual communications. We are growing rapidly and are seeking a skilled and dependable Vinyl Installer to join our team.




We are looking for a detail-oriented Installer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience installing vinyl graphics on walls, windows, and vehicles This position is responsible for the on-site installation of wide-format printed materials including vinyl wraps, decals, wall murals, window graphics, and signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl graphics on various surfaces including walls, windows, vehicles, floors, and other substrates
• Perform vehicle wraps and partial wraps with attention to detail and precision
• Prepare surfaces for installation including cleaning, measuring, and aligning
• Safely operate tools such as heat guns, squeegees, knives, ladders, and lifts
• Work with the production and design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of customer requirements
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation
• Communicate professionally with clients when on job sites
• Maintain inventory of installation materials and report usage
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in vinyl installation (wall, window, and/or vehicle)
• Strong knowledge of vinyl materials, adhesives, and installation tools
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in varied weather conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wide-format printing equipment and software is a plus
• 3M or Avery Dennison certification is a bonus
• Experience installing dimensional signs or environmental graphics is a plus

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
