Requirements

• No degree required – proven collections performance preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial collections or debt recovery experience
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve high-balance financial obligations
• Proven ability to investigate debtor information using online research and OSINT tools
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• High level of persistence, accountability, and results-driven mindset
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer required
• Proficiency with online research tools and advanced search techniques
• Commission Only – On Target Earnings $120,000–$250,000+ annually
