Riportando al team RSM Large Accounts Italia, il/la Large Accounts Manager – Nord Ovest Italia è responsabile della gestione di account strategici e premium, dello sviluppo di nuovo business con importanti clienti FMCG e della copertura geografica dei clienti Large Accounts in Italia ; si tratta di un ruolo field-based che copre l'area nel Nord Ovest in Italia.

In questo ruolo, una giornata tipica prevede:

• Gestione di un portfolio di account attivi e potenziali, dedicando circa il 60% del tempo alla crescita degli account strategici esistenti e il 40% alla ricerca di nuovo business
• Essere il punto di contatto principale per grandi clienti strategici, costruendo relazioni di lungo termine con importanti account FMCG
• Identificare e cogliere nuove opportunità di business nel territorio del Nord Ovest Italia
• Collaborare a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali per supportare le esigenze dei clienti e favorire la crescita degli account
• Utilizzare strumenti CRM, in particolare Salesforce, per gestire la pipeline e le attività sui singoli account
• Dato l'ampiezza del territorio, sono previsti 2–3 giorni a settimana di visite ai clienti nel Nord Ovest Italia, con 2–3 notti fuori casa in una settimana tipica. Avrai la flessibilità di pianificare il tuo programma di viaggio in base alle esigenze dei clienti e ai tuoi impegni personali, con strumenti e supporto per i viaggi forniti dall'azienda.

I requisiti essenziali per la posizione includono:

• Disponibilità a viaggiare fino a 3 giorni a settimana nel territorio assegnato, incluse 2–3 notti fuori casa
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza commerciale, di vendita o di key account management, preferibilmente in ambito industriale, B2B o OEM
• Laurea o esperienza professionale equivalente
• Italiano madrelingua o fluente, e inglese fluente
• Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi CRM, in particolare Salesforce

La posizione è offerta secondo il Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro del settore Commercio (CCNL Commercio), con una Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) compresa tra 40.000 e 55.000€, corrisposta su 14 mensilità e composta da una parte fissa e una variabile. Il compenso finale sarà determinato in base all'esperienza professionale del candidato, alle competenze acquisite e alla coerenza dimostrata rispetto al ruolo, nonché ai principi di equità interna aziendale.

Reporting to the RSM Large Accounts team Italy, the Large Accounts Manager – Northwest Italy is responsible for managing strategic and premium accounts, developing new business with major FMCG customers, and covering the geography of Large Accounts customers in Italy; this is a field-based role covering the Northwest Italy area.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Managing a portfolio of active and prospective accounts, dedicating around 60% of your time to growing existing key accounts and 40% to hunting new business
• Being the primary point of contact for large, strategic customers, building long-term relationships with major FMCG accounts Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Northwest Italy territory
• Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account growth
• Using CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage your pipeline and account activity
• Given the size of the territory, 2–3 days per week are expected to be spent visiting customers across Northwest Italy, with 2–3 nights away from home in a typical week. You'll have flexibility to plan your own travel schedule around customer needs and personal commitments, with company-provided tools and travel support along the way.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week within the assigned territory, including 2–3 nights away from home
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial, sales, or key account management experience, ideally within an industrial, B2B, or OEM environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Native or fluent Italian, and fluent English
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

The position is offered under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from 40.000 to 55.000€, paid over 14 monthly and consisting of both a fixed and a variable component. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's professional experience, acquired skills, and demonstrated alignment with the role and the company's internal equity principles.
