• Complete short voice recording sessions or conversational prompts for AI model training
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure clarity, natural speech, and data usability
• Participate in assigned tasks ranging from brief 5–15 minute sessions to extended activity blocks when available
• Submit recordings through designated digital platforms in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain consistency in pronunciation, tone, and language accuracy across tasks
• Ensure all recordings meet quality expectations for AI training datasets

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a fluent speaker of a supported Indian language with strong communication clarity and the ability to follow structured instructions in a remote setup.

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Gujarati
• Ability to produce clear, natural, and consistent speech in the target language
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow task instructions accurately
• Access to a computer with stable internet connectivity
• Availability of a decent microphone and webcam for recording tasks
• Basic digital literacy to navigate online submission platforms
• Legal authorization to work in India
