Job Description

We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on creating, reviewing, and refining customer review summaries. This role involves applying complex writing and content rules to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and faithful representation of customer sentiment, while adhering to detailed project guidelines.
What you’ll do*Implement complex rules related to writing structure, content, register, and perspective to maintain consistency and coherence across summaries.*Conduct thorough research to verify the accuracy of information and ensure all content is factually correct.*Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.*Synthesize customer reviews to capture key points and overall sentiment concisely and accurately.*Apply content and editorial guidelines consistently across all customer review summaries.*Translate project guidelines into your language, adapting them specifically to your country/locale conventions.
