About the Role

As a Langham Service Agent at The Langham Sydney, you will be handling guest bookings, and ensuring every stay is seamless. You will connect with guests, coordinate with teams, and bring a touch of luxury to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure all Room Reservation enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately over both email and phone
• Contribute positively to the achievement of sales & revenue budget through conversion of reservation enquiries into sales
• To handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect as appropriate.
• To handle all hotel food & beverage outlet reservations
• To process all In-Room Dining orders from hotel guests

Match your skills....

Your skills and experience will include:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite) and valid working rights
• Attention to detail, flexible with working hours and reliable
• You have availability throughout the week, public holidays and on weekends
