We offer

We are looking for an Inland Operations Agent who owns all landside operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Greece.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising and preparing transport plan with suppliers, including the triangulation opportunities identification.
• Manage vendors to help deliver an excellent customer experience through timely and cost-efficiency.
• In case required, may contact customers.
• Legal compliance related to Customs regulations and AEO obligations.
• Identify process gaps and be involved in working on improvements.
• Optimize the asset utilization.
• Case management execution and monitoring to communicate with customers/vendors.
• Identify and drive triangulation opportunities.
• Approve vendors invoice before processing with the payment.

Main job requirements:

Saying that you should be service-minded is an understatement: we need you to be passionate about delivering great customer experience! You have a lot of patience, empathy, great communication skills and drive to take care of every customer’s query.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for someone how has already gained experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a strong preference for a background in freight forwarding; or else you could also have several years’ experience in a customer-facing service role.

We are open to welcome your application if you can speak Greek and English at a very good level.

• Strong interest and experience in logistics, transportation, and operation management.
• Fluency in Greek and English is a Must.
• Italian language will be considered an advantage.
