Job Location: TCC#10-Preston Rd - Plano, TX 75093Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, including garden maintenance, hardscape installation, travel to multiple location and the use of power tools. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, and hardscapes.
  • Operate power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
  • Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
  • Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and irrigating as needed.
  • Dig holes for planting or other landscape features using hand tools or machinery.
  • Build landscape structures such as retaining walls, patios, and pathways.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Experience

  • Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with power tools and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality workmanship is essential.
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and installation.
