Job DetailsJob Location: EAGLE MOUNTAIN CASINO - PORTERVILLE, CA 93257Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.16 - $19.74 HourlyJob Shift: AnyJob Category: General LaborThe Landscaper will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the grounds and its
utility requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain all lawn areas by mowing, weed eating and edging.
2. Maintain all exterior trash receptacles.
3. Properly depose all exterior trash and debris.
4. Prune and trims trees and shrubs as needed.
5. Cleans road gutters, culverts and other water drainage structures.
6. Maintain and repair the sprinkler system and equipment.
7. Perform weekly inspections as outlined on all equipment and systems.
8. Report any major repair needs or requests for tools and supplies immediately.
9. Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.
10. All other departmental duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum one (1) year experience and background in landscaping or related field.
2. Knowledge and use of all hand tools, manual tools and power tools.
3. Ability to communicate effectively.
4. If driving is required for company business, must have a valid Driver License, be on
approved drivers list and be insurable through the Tule River Tribe.
5. Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming
Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
1. While performing duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand,
walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
2. Required to reach with hands and arms and to climb or balance, and stoop kneel and
walking on slippery surfaces.
3. Must be able to perform in outdoor environments with frequent exposure to
unpredictable weather conditions including heat, rain, cold and wind.
4. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
5. Exposed to water and planting materials on a daily basis.
6. Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job with or without reasonable
accommodation.
REPORTS TO: Lead Landscaper
SUPERVISES: None
HOURS: The casino operates 24/7. Schedule, shift, and hours will vary.
