About the location:

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Unmatched hospitality, reputable specialists and natural beauty combine to offer a completely customized experience to discover one’s greatest well-being. At the heart of it all is the Sensei Way, an evidence-led approach integrating healthy living practices into three simple paths – Move, Nourish and Rest. WHAT YOU’LLDO

• Performs basic landscaping and horticulture tasks for hotel grounds, including manual weeding, watering, plant propagation in the nursery, and general upkeep of landscaped areas.

• Operates non-riding lawn mowers, weed whackers, and other landscape maintenance equipment to support overall grounds beautification.

• Follows all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of self and team members, while using proper care and protection of company property.

• Completes general landscape labor with limited supervision.

• Usesa variety of hand tools, such as hand trowels, garden shears, and hand weeders.

• Assistswith irrigation maintenance, including basic PVC pipe connections and repairs.

• Removes debris, rubbish, and other materials tomaintainclean and presentable hotel grounds.

• Supports water garden maintenance and related tasks.

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions
