What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
- Assisting with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup tasks.
- Operating tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, hand tools).
- Working alongside your Crew Leader to complete custom residential and commercial jobs on schedule.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications (Read Before Applying)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort performing heavy physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs., shoveling, grading) outdoors in Florida heat.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to our Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
- Experience: Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or heavy outdoor construction.
