Location: On-Site - Must currently reside on Oʻahu and be available for in-person interviews and immediate hire.

Schedule: Full-time; open availability including weekends and holidays is required.

As a Landscape Technician at Kualoa Ranch, you will be a key member of our team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of our outdoor spaces. Working under the guidance of the Landscape Supervisor, you will contribute to various landscaping projects, ensuring that the grounds remain in excellent condition. Your efforts will help preserve the aesthetic and environmental integrity of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the planning and execution of landscaping projects, including site preparation and post-project cleanup.
• Clear debris, rocks, and other obstacles from work areas to maintain safe and efficient operations.
• Perform grading, leveling, and surface preparation as required.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth and beautify the environment.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Conduct regular lawn care, including weed whacking and trimming across the Kualoa Ranch property.
• Ensure safe usage and maintenance of tools and equipment at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic horticultural practices and plant care.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment and their proper usage.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and follow directions.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Endurance to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, including heat, rain, and wind.
