The Landscape Team Leader at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for overseeing the landscape design and implementation of various projects, ensuring that all outdoor spaces align with the company's vision and quality standards. This role requires a strong expertise of landscape architecture, and project management, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and maintaining productive relationships with clients and stakeholders. strong knowledge of landscape architecture and project management.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise landscape construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other departments to integrate landscape designs with the overall project plans.
· Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities and constraints for landscape development.
· Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
· Oversee budget management for landscape projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors for landscape materials and services.
· Promote sustainable landscape practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
· Collaborate with the landscape design team in the development of landscape plans and designs that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of projects.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and landscape initiatives for management and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
· 7–10 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project management.
· Strong understanding of landscape design principles, and sustainability practices.
· High proficiency in technical drawings related to landscape architecture
· Proven leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in landscape design software and project management tools.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
· Knowledge of local regulations and environmental policies affecting landscape development.
