  • Support Indigenous employment and development through mentoring and leadership.

About You

  • You are a proactive and capable site leader who:
  • Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscaping, civil, or construction supervision.
  • Can read project plans and manage schedules, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with a broad range of people.
  • Understands WHS legislation and quality systems and can lead by example.
  • Holds a current driver’s licence and White Card (CPCWHS1001).
  • Has or can obtain a Working with Children Blue Card and Police Check.
  • Enjoys mentoring young Indigenous staff and contributing to community-focused work.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with generous salary packaging to boost your take-home pay.
  • The opportunity to work with a skilled Indigenous team on meaningful projects.
  • A supportive workplace that values safety, integrity, and personal development.
