Since 2016, we've expanded our operations into Central Kentucky and Central Illinois, partnering with regional Telco providers to deliver full-turnkey solutions. We're looking for driven individuals ready to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

About the Job

We’re looking for a hardworking Laborer to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup in Macomb, MI This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.

What You’ll Do

• Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
• Reseed and restore disturbed ground
• Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
• Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
• Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed
