RLM Underground is a rapidly growing telecommunications contractor specializing in underground and aerial construction projects across the nation. Since 2016, we've expanded our operations into Central Kentucky and Central Illinois, partnering with regional Telco providers to deliver full-turnkey solutions. We're looking for driven individuals ready to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

About the Job

We’re looking for a hardworking Laborer to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.

What You’ll Do

• Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
• Reseed and restore disturbed ground
• Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
• Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
• Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed
