Location: Kohler, WI Competitive Compensation: $500 Sign on Bonus Opportunity The This is a full-time, year-round position, with shifts varying between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
landscape maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep, appearance, and
overall condition of assigned exterior grounds across Kohler Company
properties. This role involves skilled hands-on landscape work, including
mowing, trimming, pruning, plant care, turf management and installation,
irrigation maintenance and repair, seasonal tasks, and assisting with holiday
lighting installation while upholding high landscape standards, supporting an
exceptional guest experience, and contributing to the aesthetic and
environmental goals of Kohler Company.

The hourly range for this position is $18.80- $28.20. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
