A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will report to a Field Manager, and your primary focus is maintaining some of Omaha’s most beautiful properties, all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACTo Lead, motivate, and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew members o Maintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with, allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service o Prioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORo 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredo Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred, but not requiredo Ability to run landscaping equipment, which includes but is not limited to mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsawso Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player WHAT WE OFFERo An inclusive, passionate, and fun work environmento The opportunity to grow your career in concert with the natural worldo Great potential for personal and professional growtho An amazing discount on all the plants and plant things you love
