We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Team Member to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our community grounds. This role is responsible for performing daily lawn care duties, supporting team operations, and assisting with basic administrative updates related to the Association website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and blowing of assigned community areas
• Follow and adhere to established mowing schedules
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment such as riding mowers, weed eaters, and blowers efficiently and safely
• Maintain and update the Association website, including resident information and community updates
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management and Board of Directors (BOD)
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of lawn maintenance experience required
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment effectively
• Strong reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow schedules and complete tasks independently
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor when interacting with team members and leadership

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed outdoors daily in varying weather conditions
• Requires physical activity, including walking, lifting, and operating equipment
