We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Landscape Laborer to join our local team. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily tasks including shoveling, digging, grading, and site cleanup.
Assist in planting, hardscaping, and mulching projects.
Safely use power tools (trimmers, blowers, saws) and hand tools.
Measure and mark areas accurately for cutting or placement of materials.
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
Proficiency with basic power tools and manual shoveling.
Strong work ethic and dependable transportation to job sites across the Quad Cities.
Ability to follow measurements and instructions for precise landscape execution.
