Landscape General Laborer

Job Type: Temporary / Seasonal

Duration: Approximately 30–45 days

Start Date: Around October 5th

Pay: $16–$18/hr, with opportunity for higher pay based on experience

Position Summary

We are looking for 2–3 dependable General Laborers to assist with seasonal landscaping and outdoor property maintenance projects. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 30–45 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general landscaping and outdoor labor
• Plant, move, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
• Load, unload, and move landscaping materials
• Spread mulch, soil, stone, and other materials
• Assist with preparing and maintaining landscape areas
• Operate basic hand tools and landscaping equipment
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Perform general physical labor as assigned
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, nursery, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver's license is a plus

• Temporary assignment beginning around October 5th
• Approximately 30–45 days
• Full-time hours
• Overtime may be available based on workload

Pay: $16–$18/hr based on experience, with opportunity for higher pay for candidates with relevant experience.
