Your contribution:

  • You support contract execution and monitor SLAs, credit notes, orders received according to contract provisions
  • You drive revenue assurance activities to ensure accurate invoicing of services based on the contractual and commercial agreements
  • You support the pursuit of new business opportunities as well as bids and proposals activities with the Sales teams
  • You guide customers and internal teams on interpretation of commercial contractual clauses and obligations as required by the business
  • You act as interface for contract disputes and issues with the customers and supports the implementation of commercial strategies
  • You monitor customer forecast needs and projects profitability according to presales provisions

What makes you stand out:

  • University degree, preferably with an MBA
  • 4+ years of experience within a Commercial and/or Contract orientated role
  • Accredited broad knowledge in telecommunication networks and infrastructure
  • Good appreciation of operational and financial issues
  • Ability to understand customer contracts and solve disputes
  • Relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
