NEOS Oberösterreich ist eine stark ehrenamtlich geprägte Landesgruppe einer jungen Partei. Dutzende Funktionär:innen, Aktivist:innen und Mandatar:innen arbeiten gemeinsam mit einem kompakten, schlagkräftigen Büroteam für eine bessere Politik in Bund, Land und in den Gemeinden. Gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft unseres Landes nachhaltig, verantwortungsvoll und sicher.Unser nächstes großes Projekt hat schon begonnen: Der letzte Push im Aufbau unserer ehrenamtlichen Strukturen und der Kampagnenarbeit vor der Landtags- und Gemeinderatswahl im Herbst 27`.
Als Landesgeschäftsführer:in bist du der zentrale Dreh- und Angelpunkt all dieser Prozesse. Du leitest das Landesbüro operativ, entwickelst Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich weiter und führst ein engagiertes Team.
Du packst selbst überall an wo notwendig, bewahrst auch in intensiven Phasen den Überblick und triffst Entscheidungen klar und empathisch. Mit deiner kommunikativen Stärke und deinem Gespür für Menschen vernetzt du dich erfolgreich innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation. Zudem repräsentierst du NEOS Oberösterreich nach außen und bist trittsicher in der medialen Öffentlichkeit.

In view of the challenges, such as the war in Ukraine, we advocate a United States of Europe capable of taking action with a common foreign and security policy, a self-confident European Parliament, an efficient government and more opportunities for citizens to participate. NEOS is taking a bold step into the future to work for a free, fair and sustainable society in Austria and Europe.
