We are looking for an experienced
Land Surveyor
to join our team for major infrastructure projects. The role involves performing land and field surveys, conducting geodetic calculations, and ensuring accuracy in setting-out and leveling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with advanced survey equipment, and familiarity with industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform land and field surveys and conduct geodetic calculations for infrastructure projects.

• 
  Use advanced survey equipment and ensure accurate data collection.

• 
  Interface with clients and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements.

• 
  Complete surveying tasks within schedule, man-hour, and cost budgets.

• 
  Check setting-out, levels, and service locations, ensuring their protection during construction.

• 
  Prepare sketches to support field work and maintain all survey data, including field books, sketches, and calculations.

• 
  Measure completed work when required and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

• 
  Adhere to and enforce site safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering or Surveying (or equivalent qualification).

• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience in roadworks, bridges, or major infrastructure projects.

• 
  RTA or Dubai Municipality Surveyor approval is required.

• 
  Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and survey-related software.

• 
  Skilled in using total station, GPS equipment, and data collectors.

• 
  Strong understanding of construction sequences and standard industry procedures.

• 
  Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, inspectors, and engineers.

• 
  Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations.

• 
  Willing to work in Dubai.
