• Conduct land and engineering surveys for bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction projects.
• Perform site surveys, measurements, and setting out works as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates for project activities.
• Carry out topographic surveys, alignment checks, level surveys, and as-built surveys for bridge structures and related works.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation accurately and maintain proper survey records.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Verify site dimensions, levels, and positions of structural elements before and during construction activities.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey instruments.
• Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in bridge construction, bridge maintenance, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects in the UAE
• Proven experience in setting out and surveying works for bridges, roads, and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of surveying methods, calculations, and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.

Additional Information

• Proficient in operating Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of bridge and civil construction activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage survey activities effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE project standards and requirements.
