To support our growth, we are looking for a :

LAND SCOUT (W/M)

Long term contract - Wiesbaden (Germany)

Your main tasks will be :

TO SECURE NEW PV PROJECT OPPORTUNITIES

·Identify and evaluate potential sites suitable for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

·Conduct due diligence by performing thorough site assessments, cadastral surveys, and reviewing permit requirements to ensure project feasibility.

·Negotiate and finalize land acquisition, surface rights and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.

TO ENSURE COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL PARTIES

·Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.

·Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with landowners and key stakeholders and local authorities to facilitate ongoing project success.

TO SUPPORT PEMITTING PROCESS:

·Assist in identifying professionals to draft necessary documents for the permitting process and ensure smooth project progression.

TO MONITOR PROJECTS AND INDUSTRY TRENDS

·Support and track the progress of ongoing development projects in collaboration with local partners.

·Stay updated on industry trends, regulations to optimize land acquisition strategies in the solar PV sector.

Expected skills

You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or a related field and you have a minimum of 3 years' proven expertise in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, ideally within renewable energy or solar PV industries.

You are well-organized and able to produce executive‑level reports and make quick, informed decisions. Your are also at ease working independently, and collaborating effectively with teams.

You have practical experience with GIS and/or CAD tools.

Other Requirements : A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across Germany.
