The Land Representative plays a critical role in supporting LandSolutions’ land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities across Nova Scotia.
This position provides frontline expertise in negotiating land rights, coordinating with landowners and community stakeholders, supporting regulatory and environmental processes, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Land Representative is a key liaison between project teams, clients, and landowners—helping to advance project milestones while maintaining strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
Working as part of an integrated land and project delivery team, the Land Representative contributes to risk management, field intelligence, and issue resolutions to support successful project outcomes.
This position is remote, based anywhere in Nova Scotia, with travel requirements depending on project needs.
Hourly Rate: $35–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

In addition, we provide advisory services for project team resourcing and capacity planning, activity scaling, and obligations management. We work closely with our clients to determine the resources and expertise needed, and the activities that require scaling to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions that will enable project success.
