Peninsula Hot Springs is an award-winning wellness destination located in the beautiful surrounds of Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula. Our site features a range of landscaped gardens, kitchen gardens, open spaces, and natural bushland—all carefully maintained to deliver a unique guest experience that blends relaxation with environmental sensitivity.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced team member to join our Land and Environment team on a casual basis. This hands-on role includes general maintenance such as weeding, pruning, planting, and mulching across our bathing, accommodation, and bushland areas.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience and/or qualifications in horticulture or conservation and land management
• A strong understanding of locally indigenous plants
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
