
Coordinate access for critical infrastructure projects across the Wellington region

Role based in our Petone Office with WFH options available
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $64,306 to $90,765 p.a. (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
This is a 6-month fixed term position.
The opportunity
In this role, you will coordinate and manage land access requirements to support the delivery of maintenance and project works across the network. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure access is obtained efficiently, compliantly, and on time.
Coordinate timely and compliant access to worksites
Liaise with councils, government agencies and contractors
Manage permits and corridor access requests
Maintain accurate records across systems such as Maximo
Identify and escalate complex access issues and risks
About you
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven experience in administration, coordination, or operational support
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
The ability to interpret, or quickly develop an understanding of, relevant legislation and processes
A full New Zealand driver licence
