A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor reporting to Regional Manager- LASE

A bit about your role

The Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor supports the Regional Manager by delivering specialist technical advice and ensuring effective land access and stakeholder engagement across assigned jurisdictions in line with regulatory and policy requirements. The role engages with a wide range of external stakeholders—including government bodies, utilities, corporate property owners, and strata managers—while working closely with nbn Delivery Partners to resolve enquiries, complaints, incidents, and objections within agreed service levels.

It also collaborates with the broader LASE Operations team to ensure consistent implementation of frameworks, provides guidance on statutory approvals, supports quality assurance, training, incident management, and reporting, and contributes to business initiatives related to land access, stakeholder engagement, and process or policy development.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in land access, stakeholder engagement, and statutory approvals, working collaboratively with internal teams, Delivery Partners, and a wide range of external stakeholders such as Local Government Authorities. They will provide timely technical advice, support the development and implementation of stakeholder strategies, manage compliance risks, and contribute to process and system improvements.

The role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain positive partnerships. Any demonstrate knowledge of the Telecommunications Act 1997, heritage and environmental legislation, and stakeholder engagement best practice will be advantageous.
