DEPARTMENT: LAMINATION
REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION MANAGER
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: FULL-TIME
Position Summary: Responsible for performing all tasks involved in the fabrication of the company’s composite parts. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

The employee may have to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at times. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee must regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

This position falls under the International Traffic in Arm Regulation (ITAR). This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Company will require proof of status prior to employment.
