Job Description

As a Laminating Technician, you will produce high-quality composite laminated components to tight deadlines for use on our current and future MCL cars.

What You'll Do

• Produce and laminate composite components for current and future Formula One cars.
• Prepare, manufacture and maintain moulds to the required standards.
• Vacuum bag components and operate autoclaves in accordance with prescribed processes.
• Deliver high-quality work safely and within demanding timescales.
• Support other teams when required to meet changing workloads and priorities.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience as a skilled composite laminator.
• Experience within motorsport, particularly Formula One, or aerospace would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of composite laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, performance and output.
• Clear and accurate communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate understanding.
