Casual Lagoon Technician – URBNSURF Sydney

URBNSURF Sydney is looking for hardworking, reliable Lagoon Technicians to join our Facilities
Team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, isn't afraid to get stuck in,
and wants to be part of Australia's leading surf park.

About the Role

As a Lagoon Technician, you'll be responsible for

• Supporting the Facilities Team with a variety of operational tasks on the wave generator.

What We're
Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
• Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using hand tools and completing maintenance tasks
• Mechanical, trade, maintenance or labouring experience is highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Essential

• Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in water treatment, pools, fault finding, or facility maintenance is advantageous but
not essential.

Hours

Regular shifts available:

• Monday nights: 9:00pm – 1:00am
• Thursday nights: 9:00pm – 1:00am

If you are already employed at URBNSURF, these shifts can be worked in addition to your existing
roster (subject to availability and compliance with fatigue management requirements).
