Position: Ladle Repairman

Position Overview:
As a Ladle Repairman, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining ladles used in industrial processes. You will work closely with our clients to identify and troubleshoot any issues with their ladles, and provide efficient and effective solutions to ensure their uninterrupted operations. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect ladles for any damage or defects and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Perform repairs and maintenance on ladles, including welding, patching, and replacing parts
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure ladles are functioning properly
- Collaborate with clients to identify and troubleshoot any issues with their ladles
- Provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to enhance ladle performance
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working on ladles
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in ladle technology
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ladle repair or related field
- Strong knowledge of welding and metalworking techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
