Job Description

• Assess, plan, and implement lactation care for antenatal and postnatal mothers.
• Support breastfeeding initiation within the first hour of birth.
• Manage complex breastfeeding issues (e.g., latching problems, low milk supply, mastitis).
• Monitor infant feeding patterns, weight gain, and hydration status.
• Provide individualized care plans for mothers and newborns.
