About Island Gold District: Alamos Gold’s Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada. With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa. The Warehouse Labourer will be responsible for delivering daily samples to Wawa and providing other pick-up and delivery services as required. Will also assist warehouse team with; shipping, receiving, and inventory counts, and other warehouse duties as required.

Physical requirements:
This is a physically demanding job where the incumbent is required to stand or sit for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.
The schedule for this position is based in a camp operation working on an 7/7 rotation schedule with flights provided from Sudbury Toronto and Rouyn-Noranda. Pay or shift range: $41,250 and $73,750 CAD
