No restoration experience? No problem. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

As one of Australia's leading restoration companies and a preferred partner to some of the country's largest insurers, we help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, storm and mould damage. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a team that makes a real difference to customers when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Restoration Technicians on site
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials
• Assisting with demolition, cleaning and restoration works
• Setting up and packing down specialised equipment
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Providing excellent customer service while on site
• Supporting emergency response and restoration projects as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous labouring, construction, trades assistant, landscaping, removals or cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop a long-term career
• Current driver's licence preferred
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to participate in occasional after-hours and weekend work when required
