What you’ll do
• Rubber Application:Prime and line tanks, pipes, and other equipment with rubber, ensuring quality and precision in every application. This role involves hands-on work applying materials carefully to meet quality standards.
• Material Handling:Lift and move heavy objects by hand or using forklifts, carts, or other material handling equipment as required. Daily tasks include physically supporting production needs and assisting various departments.
• Production Reporting:Record and report production labor hours, product quantity, and product quality consistently to support operational tracking and continuous improvement.
• Safety First:Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately and follow step-by-step work instructions.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout the entire workday.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role with attention to detail.
• Ability to wear a face respirator as required and adhere to safety protocols.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
• Ability to read simple drawings and blueprints.
