Wormall Civil is seeking casual Labourers to join our labour pool, working Monday to Friday across numerous sites South of the River. Work is available in and around Port Kennedy, Piara Waters, Baldivis, Hilbert, Mandogalup, Madora Bay, Golden Bay and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused casual Labourers to support daily operations across multiple civil construction sites. You will be part of a pool of labourers deployed where needed, providing flexibility and ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas
• Perform manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, and material handling
• Operate basic hand tools and small machinery as required
• Follow supervisor instructions and work effectively within the crew
• Maintain clean and organised work areas
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials
• Perform additional labouring tasks as directed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous construction or labouring experience preferred, not essential
• White Card/ Construction Card (Mandatory)
• Ability to lift up to 25kgs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and small plant
• Ability to adapt to varied work environments and tasks
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (highly regarded)
