Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team in Bundaberg, Queensland. This casual role is essential for supporting various construction projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of our sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively, while gaining valuable experience in the industry. This role requires availability Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials
• Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor promptly

Qualifications:

• No formal education required, but a willingness to learn is essential
• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not necessary
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
• Own vehicle, drivers licence and white card is essential
