We are currently seeking an Intern for the Labour Relations Department at our headquarters in Madrid.

Functions

  • Support in the preparation of reports and in responding to recurring queries in Spanish and English on any labour-related matter.
  • Assistance in drafting standard employment contracts.
  • Review of employment contracts.
  • Assistance and support in Labour Inspections, challenges to infringement and settlement notices, administrative and judicial conciliation proceedings, collective disputes, etc.
  • Advice on mass transfers of employees and workforce disengagement processes.
  • Assistance in the development of the company’s labour protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduates in Law or Labour Relations.
  • A Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Legal Advisory or Labour Relations is a plus.
  • Strong interest in practising Labour Law.
  • English level: advanced.
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and autonomy.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office.
