Our Wisbech factory makes some of the UK’s most well-known and much-loved brands, such as Felix, Winalot and Gourmet and is constantly developing to meet the changing needs of our consumers. This factory has gone through significant capital investment on new lines and new exciting technology leading to a transformational change in facilities and performance which offers fantastic development opportunities to continue to drive and lead this change.
We’re currently recruiting for a Labour Planner to join our team and help drive operational excellence through effective labour planning within our Wisbech factory.
Your Impact
As a Labour Planner, you will be responsible for delivering a forward-looking labour plan that enhances efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. You will play a key role in improving our labour planning processes and systems, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Your expertise will be crucial in optimising workforce allocation and driving performance improvements across the organisation.
