We are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenExperiencedLawyer to join ourlabourteam in Athens.

• Be part of the Legal team, focused onlabourlaw and immigration issues

• Preparation of opinions related tolabourlaw matters and proceedings

• Carrying out technical research onlabourlaw and immigration legislation and case law

• Manage client engagements including preparing concise andaccurateproposals,documentsand reports

• Liaising with the Greeklabourand immigration authorities

• Review and/or drafting of legal and contractual documentation

What you bring matters

• 5–7years of working experience at a law firm or in a large in-house law department with focus onlabourlaw

• Excellent academic background from a Greek or foreign university

• A postgraduate degreeinlabourlaw will be highly regarded

• Active license to practice law in Greece

• Excellent command of the English language, strongwritingand verbal skills

• Confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment

• Ability of coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects will be highly regarded

• Prior experience in handlingimmigrationand social securitymatterswill be highly regarded
