Job Description

1. Assist Roofing Crew: Work alongside experienced roofers to assist with various tasks, including material handling, equipment setup, and cleanup.

2. Material Handling: Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment at the job site using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.

3. Site Preparation: Prepare the work area by removing debris, clearing obstacles, and ensuring that the site is safe and accessible for roofing activities.

4. Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed by the roofing crew, following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on the job site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection gear.

6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to complete roofing projects efficiently and effectively.

7. Quality Assurance: Assist with quality control inspections to ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations.

8. Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by collecting and disposing of debris, excess materials, and waste throughout the project.
