The Laborer performs various physical tasks on construction sites and other work environments to assist with building, maintenance, and clean-up activities. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating hand and power tools, preparing job sites, and following instructions from supervisors. Laborers must adhere to safety guidelines, work efficiently as part of a team, and be physically capable of performing demanding manual labor in various weather conditions.
