About the Role

Were looking for a hardworking and dedicated Laborer to work alongside one of our top roofers. Youll be responsible for assisting with various roofing projects, ranging from pitched and flat roof repairs to fascia, soffit, and guttering installations. As part of this dynamic team, youll play a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship while gaining invaluable experience in a growing company that values its people.

This role requires daily travel, so a clean driving record and a proactive attitude are essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Duties

• Pick up and transport team members and materials to work sites daily.
• Assist in roofing tasks, including repairs, installations, and general laboring duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow instructions closely while demonstrating initiative where needed.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of laboring experience.
• Over 5 years of driving experience with a clean UK driving license (essential).
• This role requires candidates to meet specific insurance criteria for vehicle coverage.(25 years and older)
• Registered as self-employed with HMRC.
• CSCS card desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Reliable, loyal, and eager to develop long-term professional relationships.
• PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis, and a hard hat, must be worn daily.
