Are you passionate about science, skilled in an organic chemistry , and motivated to take initiative? We’re seeking a proactive, technically experienced Lab Technician with experience in organic synthesis to join our R&D team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR) in Køge, Denmark. In this role you will apply strong analytical thinking, technical know-how and synthetic skills to support research activities, interpret experimental data, and help optimize laboratory methods and outcomes.
Your new role
As a Laboratory Technician (Research) you will play a hands‑on role across synthetic and analytical workstreams, executing experiments, operating instruments and turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with rotating scientists across projects, take ownership of method improvements and troubleshooting, and ensure reliable experimental design and equipment performance in a dynamic lab environment.

You communicate clearly with different stakeholders, adapt quickly to new collaborators and tasks, and take ownership of experiments and equipment. Methodical and detail‑oriented, you combine scientific rigor with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset and a willingness to learn.
Your new department
As scientist in R&D Research you will be part of the innovation of new products. The department consist of 20 highly motivated and skilled scientists and laboratory technicians, divided into two teams. Our research team is dedicated to pioneering and advancing products specifically designed for resin applications.
