The Quality Control Laboratory at Novonesis plays an essential role in ensuring the quality of our products through standardized laboratory analyses, following globally defined methods and procedures. In this position, you will work directly with the laboratory routine, supporting the reliability of analytical results and collaborating with colleagues at the Araucária plant to contribute to the efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement of laboratory activities.

The Role & Your Impact:

Working in a quality-focused laboratory environment, the role combines technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. You will contribute to the reliability of analytical results, support daily laboratory operations, and collaborate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities in this role:

• Perform laboratory analyses according to applicable methods, procedures, and good laboratory practices, ensuring the quality and reliability of results;
• Support daily laboratory activities, including sample preparation, material organization, analytical records, and compliance with established deadlines;
• Support equipment and inventory control, ensuring data traceability and proper organization of laboratory resources;
• Contribute to the investigation of deviations, problem-solving, and continuous improvement of laboratory processes;
• Collaborate with colleagues from QC Araucária, the local plant, and other Novonesis sites;
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, organization, and compliance with laboratory procedures.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Completed technical degree in Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Sanitation, Food Technology, or a related field;
• Previous laboratory experience, including laboratory analyses, sample preparation, application of laboratory procedures, and related records;
• Active CRQ registration or registration in progress;
• Knowledge of good laboratory practices, record organization, and routine activities focused on quality and safety;
• Intermediate English, with the ability to read, understand, and communicate in technical and corporate contexts;
• Flexibility to work the second shift and Saturdays, according to laboratory needs;
• Possible working schedules: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, or preferably Tuesday to Saturday, from 3:00 p.m. to midnight;
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills to effectively manage priorities;
• Sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills;
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and objectively and collaborate in solving laboratory routine problems.
